The Christmas pudding factory make their delicious Christmas Puddings here in New Zealand with care, just the way Grandma used to.
Their in-house baker hand makes small batches so quality is never sacrificed.
Christmas puddings are made with brandy (don’t worry, the alcohol burns off with cooking) so they have a lovely depth of flavour.
We know exactly where our ingredients come from, sourcing some from our own land. We take pride in our wholesome puddings which are traditionally steamed and matured months before the Christmas season. This ensures the best flavour possible, making your Christmas dessert time that much more enjoyable.
