Do the gift hampers come with a card?

They sure do, we have personalised BLOOM BERRY stationery, please remember  to leave your special note in the message box when selecting your gift and we will ensure a lovely hand written card will accompany your luxury BLOOM BERRY gift hamper.

What is the cut off time for same day delivery?

9.30 am (NZ time) is our cut off for same day deliveries, Orders placed after 9.30 am will be delivered on the following business day.Please note that there are no deliveries available of Sundays and Public Holidays. 

I am interested in Corporate,custom and/or end of year staff gifting and would like to use BLOOM BERRY.

What if I am unhappy with anything?

At BLOOM BERRY, our number one priority is to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases which is why we have selected some of the highest quality brands available in NZ for our gift hampers.

Please let us know straight away if your order arrives damaged, we will do everything in our power to resolve the situation, just pop us an email hello@bloomberry.co.nz  with a picture of the product and we will get to work on putting a smile back on your dial.

BLOOM BERRY will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act if the products develop a fault, have been wrongly described, or are not fit for the purpose described.  

Please note that due to the nature of our goods, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for a change of mind only.

What are the delivery options and charges?

Can I specify a particular date for delivery?

You sure can, just select the "Email Me For A Particular Date For Delivery" at shipping options of the check out page and we will get in contact with regards getting your particular date for delivery.

How will my gift box be packaged?

As we do our own hand deliveries in majority of the Auckland region for all gift hamper boxes containing fresh flowers what you see in the product images is exactly the way we package and deliver the gift hampers - beautiful products in an open lid wooden box with no cardboard covers in sight!. 

For all other Gift hamper boxes delivered through out NZ, we use external couriers and therefor have to comply with their packaging guidelines so these gifts will come secured in a cardboard box.

Can I track my delivery?

for all gift and flower boxes,as these are hand delivered,no tracking will be provided as we can guarantee delivery on the day you have selected, so you'll know the exact day the gift will be arriving and you will get a confirmation of delivery email after delivery has occurred.

For all other gift hamper orders,a tracking number/link will be provided when received from the couriers that will be sent via email.

Can you provide custom arrangements?

We will definitely do our very best to accomate any custom arrangement you might have, Just pop us an email hello@bloomberry.co.nz to liaise.

I have more than one order and all they are each going different addresses.

No worries,along as you order each item separately(as our system cannot add multiple delivery address for each product) then we can definitely get this sorted for you and if you pop us an email prior to placing your orders we will also give you a coupon code for discounted delivery!

How long will it take to deliver my gift boxes?

Gift and flower box deliveries in Auckland region are guaranteed delivery on the particular day you have chosen so how long it takes, will purely depend on the shipping option( Next day delivery, Same day delivery, Saturday delivery etc) that you select at the check out.

I often send gifts to clients, can I open an account with you?

Yes, we offer accounts for approved account holders. Please contact us for further information on setting up an account.

I need an invoice, can you send me one?

Ofcourse, Just pop us an email hello@bloomberry.co.nz with your requirements and we will be happy to send you an invoice.

My gift hasn’t arrived, what do I do?


The best thing to do, is to breathe and remain calm,don't panic, if we find out that any problems have arisen we will be in contact with you immediately.

If you have noticed that there is a delay from the couriers side when you check your tracking link then you can either get in touch directly with the couriers or pop us an email and we will chase it up with them for you.
